ROUTINE :
Day 1 : Back/Traps and Calves Day 2 : Chest and Biceps Day 3 : Legs/Calves and weighted Abs Day 4 : Delts and Triceps Also during the week will be 2 days a week of Fitness 4x4 (light weights with high repetition cardio workouts each of 60 minutes in length) and 1 day a week of Tae-Bo Abs routine (30 minutes).
