I incorporate nuts into my daily diets. I'll have almonds, pistachios, pecans and other nuts. I'll usually eat them as a snack in between meals or put them on a salad. There's many great health benefits with having nuts in your diet. Just make sure you don't get salted nuts as too much sodium can be bad for you.
